CLEAN AGENT & GASEOUS FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

Clean agent systems such as FM-200 and Novec 1230 extinguish a fire without the use of water and is safe for equipment and electronics. These systems work by cooling the fire and inhibiting the chain reaction of fire.

Inert Gaseous systems are gases or a mixture of gases that are naturally occurring in the atmosphere. These systems normally work by reducing the oxygen content in the room to a level that fire cannot be sustained.

Carbon dioxide is a clean and non-flammable gas that is commonly used as a fire-extinguishing agent for areas that are not typically occupied by people. CO2 efficiently and effectively extinguishes fires without leaving any toxic or liquid residue that might damage property or equipment.

FOAM FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

Foam extinguishing systems are effective for rapidly controlling and extinguishing flammable liquid fires.

DRY CHEMICAL FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

FIRE ALARM DETECTION

Cosco Fire Protection offers a complete range of detection products. We offer smoke/heat detectors, aspirated smoke detection systems, multi-criteria detectors, and advanced flame detectors.

MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEMS (MNS)

Cosco Fire Protection can provide an integrated indoor/outdoor mass notification system (MNS) with integration into building/campus fire alarm system. These systems include indoor and outdoor speakers, visual notification, custom LED signage, giant voice with full integration to our main system which provides prerecorded messages and live voice capabilities.

SECURITY/CCTV/ACCESS CONTROL

Cosco Fire Protection is an independent distributor of multiple brands of Security/CCTV/Access control equipment. We are also a Honeywell Integrated Security dealer.

GAS & LEAK DETECTION

Cosco Fire Protection has a full line of industrial and commercial gas and leak detection products. These can be independent systems or integrated into a facilities main reporting system.

EMERGENCY RESPONDER RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (ERRCS)

In-building radio communication enhancement systems also known as emergency responder radio coverage system (ERRCS) and public safety distributed antenna systems (DAS) are installed so that emergency service personnel like fire, paramedics, police, and other governmental agencies can communicate inside buildings and structures where service is weak.  This is especially important in hard to reach places like underground parking structures, basements, stairwells, and elevators.

EMERGENCY 2-WAY COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

These systems provide emergency 2-way communication from a safe area such as an area of refuge to a constantly attended location to provide assistance in the event of an emergency.

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) mandates that Fire Life Safety systems in protected premises be tested regularly. In addition, local fire codes and insurance companies may require more frequent testing. Cosco Fire Protection’s trained Service and Inspection teams can keep your Fire Life Safety systems working properly and in compliance with regular testing, inspection, and repair service to meet all required codes, municipal city regulations, and facility specifications.

Cosco Fire Protection also offers 24 hour central station monitoring for the constant management of your systems. The entire system is programmed to communicate with the appropriate authority, including our central station monitoring service, and your company representative, based on the type of trouble signal received. Cosco Fire Protection has experienced and qualified technicians to inspect, test, and service the following systems.
